A True Happily-Ever-After

This week, I continued my Bible study in the book of Acts, and I want to share something in particular that stood out to me...
I had to stop and ponder on that verse for a bit. And honestly, my first thought… Wow! The unbelievers saw Christians changing the world.
Would I have let fear shut me down and keep me from following through with God’s plan or would I have stood strong and faced the giants knowing that anything is possible with God?
And then when the storm surrounds us, the rain pounds down on us, and the wind beats against us (AND IT WILL)...
But the valley may be exactly where God needs us to do His work.
Christmas may be over, but the celebration should never end. As we go into the new year, let’s continually seek the Lord.
Let us pray that we can be like the shepherds in the Christmas story. Let’s go and tell the good news.
Now, my question is, “Where are we aiming our spotlight? What is our star shining on?” If Christ is not taking center stage in our celebration, we need to move our spotlight.
Sunshine, flowers, trees, singing birds, amazing animals, and all they can eat anytime they want. Those two are in paradise living the dream.
