Jesus didn’t have to be nailed to a cross. He didn’t have to tolerate people spitting on him. He didn’t have to withstand the beatings. But He did. He submitted to His Father’s will and died in our place.
Each morning that I wake up, every breath that I take, every beat of my heart, the ability to walk and run, being able to see my husband and my children and all the beautiful things God has made, the ability to hear the voices of my family, the ability to talk and communicate… all of it is a gift from God.
With Jesus, no hope is lost. One of my personal favorite Bible verses has taught me that Jesus has your back. And as long as you let Him in… He will never fail you.
If you are born again, then you know that Heaven and hell are real. Let’s follow Jesus’s command. Let’s share the Gospel and bring others to Christ through our words, actions, and prayers.
