My mind began to spin as a question that I have heard asked by people so many times throughout my life came into my head. It’s a question that has taken a few different forms, but in the grand scheme, I think it is the same question.
Time is of the essence. Let’s let the love of Jesus shine through our lives.
But… when we share the Gospel, do we also share the warning? Do we let them know that eternity does not only exist in Heaven? The rich man did not want his brothers to suffer as he was. He wanted them warned.
Each day I ask God to help me move my eyes from my list to the list He has for me... If God made the day, then the day belongs to Him, not me.
No doubt, the human body contains some serious engineering.
Standing at the edge of the dark valley, he stares out into the darkness. A low voice in his ear warning him not to go causes him to pause.
So, how do I keep my faith strong? I lay aside all those things that can bring me down and pull me away from God, and I look to Jesus.
When we look at the world around us, God is working. And when it doesn’t seem like an end to a problem is anywhere in sight or the burden will never lighten, remember, God isn’t done.
My grandmother believed with her whole heart that Jesus died for her sins and that this life was temporary. And that one day, He would wipe away her tears, and there would be no more pain.
